Subject: Low Back Pain (Sciatic Nerve) From: Poor Rich Message:
I don't know if I'm spelling it right. It's the nerve that runs from the bottom part of your back, down both legs. The pain starts in my left hip, and down my leg. If
I'm standing, or walking for say 1/2 hr. my left foot gets numb. Sitting is the only way to relieve the pain. I heard nothing much can be done, aside from pain pills. I’m afraid to do any exercises as they may worsen my condition. Can you recommend any? What is your opinion on
chiropractors? Will this go away on its own ? I will thank you for your reply.
